GeekSpeak Radio

GeekSpeak Radio is a Nairobi online station built around technology talk and music, aimed at listeners who like their gadgets and their playlists in the same place. It has no FM frequency. It is web-only, an English-language stream from Nairobi.

Beyond that, little is confirmed. We did not find an official website, a named owner, a launch date or a list of hosts, so this page does not give any. If you search for the name you will mostly find a different programme: GeekSpeak, a long-running American tech call-in show that began on KUSP in California in 1998 and has been a weekly podcast since 2004. That show is not connected to the Nairobi station as far as we can tell, and listeners should not confuse the two.

For a small internet station this is not unusual. Many Kenyan web stations are run by a few enthusiasts, change schedules often and post more on social media than on a website. The combination of tech chat and music is the station's own description of what it does.

If you produce or present on GeekSpeak Radio, verified details about your shows would help listeners find you.

Because the station only exists online, the player on this page is the way to listen. It works on mobile data or Wi-Fi, in Kenya or abroad.
