Smash Jam Radio

Smash Jam Radio is an online-only music station that plays around the clock, mixing old-school tracks with current hits for listeners who want non-stop music without much talk. It is based in Nakuru, though it has also been linked to Nairobi, and it uses English.

The station has no FM frequency. It exists as a web stream, which means you can hear it anywhere you have data, not only in the Rift Valley.

We have not found an owner, a launch date, named DJs or a show schedule for Smash Jam Radio. We did not find an official website. Treat the '24 hours' and 'old school to new' description as the station's own pitch rather than something we have measured.

For a listener, the appeal is simple: a music stream you can leave on in the background, at home, in a matatu or at work. If you want talk, news or call-in shows, a Nakuru FM station is a better bet. If you want a long run of music, this is the kind of station built for that.
