Milele FM is a Swahili music and talk station run by Mediamax Network, aimed at a broad adult audience with breakfast banter, rhumba, reggae and lifestyle chat. Nairobi listeners find it on 104.8 FM.

Its sister brands are Kameme FM, Kameme TV and K24 TV. Communications Authority records show that the licence sits with TV Africa Kenya Holdings, a firm linked to the Kenyatta family, while Mediamax Network Ltd runs the station.

The station's big moment came in August 2018, when it relaunched with presenters recruited mostly from competitors. Alex Mwakideu and Jalang'o took the breakfast show and Wilbroda and Francis Luchivya the mid-morning. Kaka Zema, formerly a football commentator at Radio Citizen, teamed up with Dee for the evening drive. Rhumba Oxygen stayed with Titi Nagwala, Alibaba and Mwikilisha fronted Reggae Zone, and Joyce Gituro arrived from Radio Citizen's Pambazuka.

More moves followed. Comedian Francis Munyao, known as MCA Tricky, came from Radio Maisha in June 2020 to replace Jalang'o on Milele Breakfast, working with Mwakideu and Chris The Bass, and later moved to Milele Drive. Mwakideu himself left for Radio 47 in August 2023. After six years, MCA Tricky quit in June 2026; the split came after management and he fell out over study leave.

Because the presenter line-up has changed so often, check Milele FM's own social pages for the current schedule. To listen, tune to 104.8 FM in Nairobi or stream Milele FM online here.
