Jeremy Wahome

Jeremy Wahome is the newest presenter on Kiss 100's breakfast show, Morning Kiss, where he co-hosts with Cyd Wambui. Radio Africa Group unveiled him in April 2026 and he made his on-air debut on Monday, 20 April.

Group CEO Martin Khafafa welcomed him to the company the week before. Khafafa told him he was "coming onto a big stage" and asked him to go beyond fun and entertainment and "create narratives that will build the country". The station hoped the hire would inject new energy into its breakfast programming.

Wahome studied at the University of Leeds and then at AFDA in South Africa, where he specialised in film and television. He spent five years at Sound City Radio before moving to Kiss. He has said he planned a film career until he came back to Nairobi and heard presenters such as Shaffie Weru, Neville and Andy Young, and decided not to "waste this voice".

Joining Kiss was a childhood ambition. He grew up listening to Shaffie Weru on the same morning show and compared the move to leaving Arsenal for Manchester United, the club he supports. He also follows golf and other sports. Ahead of his first show he promised listeners something "different" and asked them to tune in and judge the energy for themselves.
