Mwalimu Rachel co-hosts Kiss Drive, the afternoon show on Radio Africa Group's Kiss 100, with DJ Xclusive. The pair were presenting Kiss Drive in February 2026, and in April 2026 Radio Africa's CEO Martin Khafafa singled them out as the station's current stars.
She built her name at NRG Radio, where she spent six years and hosted the drive show with the same partner, DJ Xclusive. She announced her resignation on 26 March 2024, thanking the station for six years, and Xclusive announced his the next day. She then joined Radio Africa Group, and the two were later placed together on the Kiss drive slot.
Her work goes beyond the studio. In October 2026 she co-hosted One Night Only: Brunch Edition, the sold-out Ne-Yo concert at Ulinzi Sports Complex organised by Fenon Premium Productions and Radio Africa Group, alongside Lotan Salapei. Xclusive was one of the DJs on the same bill.
Kiss 100 marked 25 years on air in 2026. It is described as the largest urban English-speaking station in the country, and it aims at listeners aged 18 to 24. A GeoPoll survey in August 2026 put its national audience at about 9.5 million.
