Mike Mondo presents the afternoon drive show on Classic 105, which runs on weekdays from 3pm to 7pm. In July 2024 Nadia Favre joined him as co-host, replacing Cess Mutungi, who left the station on 26 June 2024.
Mondo came to Classic 105 from X FM, Radio Africa's former rock station, where he hosted HomeRun. Favre was also an X FM presenter, and when she joined the Classic drive show she called it a reunion of "the XFM gang". X FM went off FM in March 2019 when Radio Africa replaced it with Smooth FM on 105.5.
Before Favre, his co-host on Classic drive was Terry Muikamba, known on air as 'Miss Sunshine', a lawyer and voice-over artist. By 2020 Mondo was a long-time fan favourite, and his distinctive voice has also brought him voice-over work. He is said to have attended Allidina Visram High School.
The line-up above dates from 2024. He is not known to have left the drive show since then, but the 2026 line-up has not been confirmed, so check the station before relying on the co-host details.
